How To Get Fit For Summer

Summer is coming.  You know it and I know it!  You remember last year when you found yourself in december wishing you had put in more effort around September?  Well here we are again.

So what are you going to do about it?

The modern day health and fitness plan really needs to look like this

✅Exercise every day. Do a mix of weights and aerobic based on goals and enjoyment level.

✅Know your calorie limit based on goals. Deficit for weight loss, maintenance for maintenance, surplus for growth.
✅Sleep 7-9 hours a night.

✅supplement with nutrients to fill any gaps in your diet – fish oil, multi, zinc, mag, probiotic
✅Stretch often based on individual tightnesses.

✅Drink a lot of water.

✅Create behaviours.

✅Think critically. This industry has an incredibly high amount of scammers.

If you’re looking for the secret to long term weight loss; if you’re looking for the magic program; if you’re looking for that special conversation that is going to finally inspire you to chase your goals and live the life you have always dreamed of, look no further.

The answer is simple:


If you enjoy what you’re doing, you will do it more often, with more enthusiasm and more consistency. Consistency is the secret. Stop doing things you hate. Life is full of amazing and inspiring ways to move. So go find something you enjoy doing.”
